ITCM Approach

The ITCM programme is a joint venture of governmental, non-governmental, private, and academic organisations. The programme is divided into four tracks (for more information on the different programme, see “In Brief”):

• Systems Development
• Turnkey Delivery Capability
• International Dialogue and
• Research.

Each track consists of multiple subprojects.

For the purposes of ITCM development, the project has been divided along two primary axes: chronological and vertical.
